Where our investors invest, track, and report.
One account to complete accreditation verification, review deal room documents, make a commitment, and see your capital account, capital calls, distributions, and tax documents, in one place.
Three steps, in order.
Because Dissonant Capital's offerings rely on Rule 506(c), which permits general solicitation, we're required to verify your accredited investor status before you can view deal room documents or invest, self-certification alone isn't enough.
Verify your accreditation
Create an account and tell us how you qualify as an accredited investor, by income, net worth, professional certification, or a third-party letter. A member of our team reviews every submission personally; it is not automatic.
Review the deal room
Once verified, you'll have access to offering documents for our open funds, private placement memoranda, operating agreements, and financials, and can indicate a commitment amount.
Track your position
After you invest, your portal shows capital call notices, distributions, and your capital account statements and tax documents as they're issued.
Managed with outside counsel and licensed professionals.
Dissonant Capital works with Raymond James and Charles Schwab on the licensing, compliance, and fund management side of our offerings, and any offering is made only through definitive offering and subscription documents, never through this website alone. Accreditation verification submitted here is reviewed by our team as part of that process; self-certification alone does not constitute verification.
