How Northwest Arkansas reads on our screens.
The metro ranked 9th nationally for percentage population growth. When job growth runs ahead of population growth, it usually means employers are pulling people in rather than people arriving ahead of the jobs, which is the pattern our screens favor.
The most visible commitment is The Visionaries, a 400,000 square foot office and parking development in Rogers that opened in July 2026 with Nestlé, Anheuser Busch, and SPS Commerce as tenants. Rogers itself has grown 10.5% since 2020, to about 77,000 residents.
